Change USD to ZAR

Good day, Could you please assist me to change the "You'll be charged US$89.29" to "You'll be charged R1500" on checkout page? Just so that it doesn't show the charge in dollar but rather in rand. I appreciate your time :) Kind regards, Aldert

To clarify - we searched high and low for Antoinette's charges in our database, but the information that she provided us with was not sufficient to locate her charge. The card she told us that she used had never been used on our site.

We recommended that she call her bank for a solution, since we could not locate her charge given any of the details that we had.

If we have the correct card information, we are quickly able to locate your charges. If we are provided incorrect card details, then we will not be able to help you find your charge.

If a customer is missing their receipt link, they can: 1) Email us at support@gumroad.com 2) Resend a receipt to themselves from gumroad.com/charge 3) If they have a Gumroad account, go to www.gumroad.com/library to find their purchases and receipts

No audio

When I try to play my yoga download, there is no audio. I have used this file in the past with no issue, and I am not experiencing audio issues on any other platform.

Recently went to check on the analytics of my products and it says my account has been suspended literally have had the account less than a week with barely any activity and have no idea as to why so I’m completely baffled and highly livid as to how your company operates business and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau against it unless this issue is resolved and my account is restored

User's recommendation: Be very conscious of the fact that they can shut down your account without notice even with money from your product in the account.

Sounds like you are using a debit card to pay for goods and services. You would be much safer using a credit card.

In this case, Terri's credit card was stolen and was being used to test out $1 purchases. Scammers will sometimes test out $1 purchases on our site and other websites to see if the charges go through - when they do, they will attempt larger purchases on other websites. In this case, the charge was refunded.
