When I am going to insert the images the insert button is not being shown. Because of this I am copying and pasting it.
Whether they are reaching to gumroad o are being accepted is not known. Whether copying and pasting the images is a right way in absence of insert button.
Earlier it was their side by d de with upload button. Your help is immediately needed so that all efforts are going in vain.
User's recommendation: Although i am new to this site but it is very quick in attending and resolving the issued faced by its clients. The company is an established company and its I mage in the eyes of public is good. So I feel that dealing with this company will not be unfair.

The Gumroad website clearly states "We do accept prepaid and gift cards, however, because these cards are often used for fraud, the card companies that back them often do not recognize or have not yet authorized Gumroad to process their cards, and thus may prevent us from charging the card." However, they fail to mention the actual reason my Visa gift card was declined: my attempted one-time purchase was flagged as a recurring payment (which goes against the cardholder agreement). I complained to Stripe (Gumroad's payment processor), and they requested information from Gumroad regarding the attempted purchase.
I asked Gumroad's customer support to provide this information twice.
Both times gave me an initial automated response that did not solve anything. While I did manage to eventually talk to a human, they did not respond to my request to send the required information to Stripe.
It has been several days since my last attempt. So much for "we usually respond in a few hours."
- Customer support does respond with a human eventually
- Responses from humans take longer than a few hours
- First response from customer support is always automated
- First human response is usually the last one you get
Preferred solution: I would like for Gumroad to send the charge_id or card_id to Stripe as their customer support team requested.

Verified ReviewerIs gumroad scamming me for a purchase by mistake?
This purchase was a mistake, and my money should be returned immediately with email confirmation. The last 4 digits of the card are: 4729.
The expiration date of the card is: 07/28. The card type is: Visa. The amount paid in USD is: $3932.51. The date of charge is: 6 October.
Here is how the charge appears on your statement: I am attaching a screenshot from my bank statement. It appears as payment from Gumroad Co Joe Lampto on my bank statement. I received purchase confirmation from vladcristian@***.com.
I am writing my refund request again. This money must be refunded immediately with email confirmation.

I've been trying to purchase items on my account and the system is blocking me every single time. I've tried different accounts, different IP, even different devices, and they all block the payment from going through.
I've tried contacting their support half a dozen times now and they either completely ignore the message or they send me some bot automated response saying they've unblocked me and sometimes their system triggers false positives.
Every time they've told me I'm unblocked, I have NOT been unblocked.
I tried creating a new account using my phone and bypassing my Wi-Fi so that they wouldn't associate it with my main account, and I was able to purchase on that account.
So they've blocked either my account, my IP, my credit cards, or some combination of those, and they're refusing to address the issue. I can't believe how incompetent their customer support is.
They haven't even given me a reason why I was blocked in the first place other than "Oops! Our system is silly like that sometimes."

This is a scam & I want my money refunded immediately. The phone number provided doesn't work & there's no way to contact a real person.
I'm extremely disappointed with this situation bc it's a scam.
I didn't purchase anything nor do I want to purchase anything. I just want every dollar of my money returned to me immediately
To cancel a dispute
I filed a fraud report with my bank against Madurai Mckeenly, and recognized the charge a few days later. Her charge for $36 were accurate.
I apologize for any confusion this may have cause for her account. Please unlock her account.
