I want to get my money back. Today I get the subscription of photosolve 2 times by mistake.
But I dont want to. I was just checking and I get the subscription by mistake.
Now I cancelled the subscription. But not get my money back.

He sold a subscription and he could not be contacted to discuss how to use the service, he also saved my credit card details and charge me reoccurring payments, all efforts to contact him proved abortive. I have instructed my credit card provider to dispute the last payment

Did not get email receipt for the purchase. of what I thought was Nurie created.
I thought I would see some kind of receipt email from you but I dont know how I will be receiving that software .
Any help is super appreciated. The problem is that my credit card company showed 44
40 was charged my this company and I am just wondering how I am to access that software I paid for.

The phone number given is not working or does not exist which just seems very suspicious to me and Im not using the service so I just want to delete it!

Worst support they dont response they have chatbot no humans to talk to and solve your problem i send them countless messages and they didn't solve my problem i will delete all my products from ther platform i will not work with them i hade the worst experience with them

I tried calling first. The link to their phone number was invalid.
When I called the recording stated it was a non working number for Kaiser. I then sent a email.
All I have received are automatic messages stating they got my email. It has been open and read but I still have not received any response from a person regarding my issue
