Hello,

I thought Gumroad was going to be great because the website is so easy to use.

But, I published a book on Gumroad, and when I bought my own book and opened it on the app on my Google phone, I noticed a problem with the list of pages.

There is no way to scroll to the first pages. I can only see the last 16 pages to choose from.

What if a person wants to choose a page from the top of the list.

There is no way to contact the Customer Service at Gumroad.

Also, a few weeks later I tried to open the book as a customer but it is not opening at all.Thank you

I have been paid for Typing

couldn't open the app because they haven't provided any registration number or customer I D.

After trying several contact

numbers finally connected to

ChatGPT and charged again

without my knowledge.

Stll my problems are not settled.

Having a working telephone number because I cannot get through. I would like to talk to somebody. I believe if you have a company, people should be able to call and resolve their issues.

Good morning, it's impossible to contact Gumroad. When you send an email, they send you a link to a chat that no one answers.

I have been charged for something I have no idea what the charge in the bank is for. I will either speak to someone who can tell me or I will have the bank stop payment.

It says its a non-working number from Kaiser Permanente. This is not even the correct number. you guys should have people put the correct information online so that were not wasting our time.

I thought I had purchased talks by Bashar, but I did not get that, so I'd like a refund, please? I was also overcharged according to my credit card.

Hello! Ive had a technical issue as of late.

I purchased a 60 page book of drawing poses recently and it was working just fine until this morning.

When I went to open the product up again all I got was a blank screen? Is it an issue on my end or yours?

Hey, I bought all of those Procreate brushes, but only four of them are saying I got them for free. Is there any way you can send me the brushes I bought?

I also bought a brush for Photoshop by accident.

Is there a possible way for you to cancel that one, or if anything, offer a refund so I can repay everything? It would be very appreciated.

I never meant to purchase this and still havent received a refund. This is not fair there is know one to contact

I tried to buy products from Gumroad with a Visa card, but it always failed with the message, 'There is a temporary problem, please try again (your card was not charged).' The bank replied that my card status was normal and I had enough balance on my card. There was no transaction record from Gumroad at the bank.
