Pissed consumer is the ones making the mistakes. Keeps hanging up the call. It will dial let the phone ring two times then hang up.

No one seemed available to communicate at this time.

How do I get to a live customer support. Not sure how to put some of this little confusion into words.

I figured out the problem; it took some time, which left me with unsatisfied customers! The support system is terrible!

My old account is connected to my checking account gumroad refuse to let me in my account... they ask questions that are irrelevant to get back in ...

if I haven't had to log in in years why would I know info from then I never even made a sale... I want a all new account email connected to the old account and they refuse

They have no human agents, all by AI. I was blocked by ViperX and declared a fraud. Then I was unblocked, and I canceled the dispute, and now I can't access the video and am short of $200.

I thought Gumroad was going to be great because the website is so easy to use.

But, I published a book on Gumroad, and when I bought my own book and opened it on the app on my Google phone, I noticed a problem with the list of pages.

There is no way to scroll to the first pages. I can only see the last 16 pages to choose from.

What if a person wants to choose a page from the top of the list.

There is no way to contact the Customer Service at Gumroad.

Also, a few weeks later I tried to open the book as a customer but it is not opening at all.Thank you

without my knowledge.

Stll my problems are not settled.

Having a working telephone number because I cannot get through. I would like to talk to somebody. I believe if you have a company, people should be able to call and resolve their issues.
