I don't want price reduction I want my money back
Please don't make the same mistake I did and sign up with them.
Then I received a message with all contempt saying this is what we can give you, and they closed the account and returned the money to the customer, and now I am torn between the platform and the customer who does not want to pay again
Believe me, if you swear to them 100 times they will not believe you and they will treat you as if you work for them and they will take sales tax too.

The company needs staff on hand there is no one to communicate with! There is no number to call to speak with customer service!
And the chat is automated, no live chat so it did not understand what I needed! I figured it out at this point, there is just no one around when you need them!
I figured out the problem; it took some time, which left me with unsatisfied customers! The support system is terrible!

I was hacked very badly by somebody through a malicious e-mail i think, they got all my information including my financial information. To prevent potential further damage I immediately closed down my email, changed my phone number the next day I was trying to log into my gumroad account today to update email and password but when i entered my old email and password that i have been using on gumroad, it wants me to enter the Authentication Token but as i have closed my email account, there is nowhere for it to go thus locking me out of access to my gumroad account.
its been 5 days and ZERO contact. i only get a lame AI chatbot with the same paragraph every time.
NOBODY is there to help. Horrible company.

Hello,
I thought Gumroad was going to be great because the website is so easy to use.
But, I published a book on Gumroad, and when I bought my own book and opened it on the app on my Google phone, I noticed a problem with the list of pages.
There is no way to scroll to the first pages. I can only see the last 16 pages to choose from.
What if a person wants to choose a page from the top of the list.
There is no way to contact the Customer Service at Gumroad.
Also, a few weeks later I tried to open the book as a customer but it is not opening at all.Thank you
