I purchased an item, did not receive the item, a chicken coop plan, PDF, by email, and was told to contact Gumroad. The MorningChores shop said that maybe I provided an incorrect email address for them to email the plan.

I requested that they send me the plan again, however, it is unlikely that I provided an incorrect email address; or how can they contact me, and why did they email me a receipt? I was unable to contact Gumroad.

I honestly don't understand why this had to come to this. We have a Facebook page, a Twitter account, a contact form on our site, and all receipts come from our email address.

You most likely mistyped your email address at checkout. Simple as that.
