I bought beneficial ownership information online. I did receive a paper to file.
I just registered my business. I was thinking the paper came from a secure source. When I scanned the paper, I saw it was on Gumroad, so I bought it. When I was done, I bought it.
I don't have any proof, not even a tracking number. I understand it was a scam. I need my $140 to be refunded to me. How does Gumroad accept people to sell BOI on their site?
It's a scam. I need my money back.

- Hacked via an email; attacker accessed financial info.
- Gumroad requires an Authentication Token; five days with no contact, only an AI chatbot.
I was hacked very badly by somebody through a malicious e-mail i think, they got all my information including my financial information. To prevent potential further damage I immediately closed down my email, changed my phone number the next day I was trying to log into my gumroad account today to update email and password but when i entered my old email and password that i have been using on gumroad, it wants me to enter the Authentication Token but as i have closed my email account, there is nowhere for it to go thus locking me out of access to my gumroad account.
its been 5 days and ZERO contact. i only get a lame AI chatbot with the same paragraph every time.
NOBODY is there to help. Horrible company.

Hello,
I thought Gumroad was going to be great because the website is so easy to use.
But, I published a book on Gumroad, and when I bought my own book and opened it on the app on my Google phone, I noticed a problem with the list of pages.
There is no way to scroll to the first pages. I can only see the last 16 pages to choose from.
What if a person wants to choose a page from the top of the list.
There is no way to contact the Customer Service at Gumroad.
Also, a few weeks later I tried to open the book as a customer but it is not opening at all.Thank you

Hello
I have been paying a subscription of $8.38 via PayPal for issues of The Medieval Magazine from November 2018 to the present day. However, it has come to my attention that the magazine apparently ceased production after the final edition was released on November 30, 2021, over 1 year ago. I received no notification that the magazine had closed at the time, and my subscription should have been cancelled at this point. However, nothing was actioned, so the payments continued in error.
As I have paid monthly since December 2021 for a product that no longer exists and have received nothing for my money all this time, I am requesting a refund of my subscription payments for the past 16 months. The final payment went to Gumroad on 1 March 2023, two weeks ago.
Please treat this matter as urgent.

Hello! Ive had a technical issue as of late.
I purchased a 60 page book of drawing poses recently and it was working just fine until this morning.
When I went to open the product up again all I got was a blank screen? Is it an issue on my end or yours?
