I cannot pay for anything for many times
I tried to buy products from Gumroad with a Visa card, but it always failed with the message, 'There is a temporary problem, please try again (your card was not charged).' The bank replied that my card status was normal and I had enough balance on my card. There was no transaction record from Gumroad at the bank.
Preferred solution: I wanted to pay normally.

I want to get my money back. Today I get the subscription of photosolve 2 times by mistake.
But I dont want to. I was just checking and I get the subscription by mistake.
Now I cancelled the subscription. But not get my money back.

I have not had a chance to use the software I bought so I can only review about how this company deals with the lack of access to the software even though it was paid for.
Did not get email receipt for the purchase. of what I thought was Nurie created.
I thought I would see some kind of receipt email from you but I dont know how I will be receiving that software .
Any help is super appreciated. The problem is that my credit card company showed 44
40 was charged my this company and I am just wondering how I am to access that software I paid for.

I bought 10 hoodies from him and paid him and the payment went through he said he will ship the items and three days later he blocks me on IG and stops responding to me and he scammmed me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Cancelled subscription
The phone number given is not working or does not exist which just seems very suspicious to me and Im not using the service so I just want to delete it!

I can't login to my account because of misspelled email account.
It sayes the number is not in service. The phone number does not work. The phone number that they gave does not work.

Worst support they dont response they have chatbot no humans to talk to and solve your problem i send them countless messages and they didn't solve my problem i will delete all my products from ther platform i will not work with them i hade the worst experience with them

No response from Customer Service
I tried calling first. The link to their phone number was invalid.
When I called the recording stated it was a non working number for Kaiser. I then sent a email.
All I have received are automatic messages stating they got my email. It has been open and read but I still have not received any response from a person regarding my issue
